In addition, TV show and movie based on a book can encourage children to read and people can watch news and weather forecast through television. The whole concept is to persuade people, especially single men, to do some level of sins . By emphasizing a man is reading a newspaper with comfortable pose while two sexy maids are sitting on two chairs with uncomfortable poses. Furthermore, by the combination of reddish, orange, and black, and using the new concept slogan, this advertisement attempts to rich, single men, to come to the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for their vacation. Thus, the ad suggests that people feel boring in their daily life but they will feel comfortable by living in this hotel. â€Å" Imagery is a conspicuous component of advertising and marketing practices in general. Together with contributing to the innovative and in many cases, highly aesthetic quality of adverts and commercial† ( Rosario Cabellero, 32) therefore, this ad uses masculinity to attract most rich, single white men by two sexy maids who men can easily dominate them. In this 30 second TV commercial, two women are wearing maid clothes and pearl eye covers that show weakness and desired. Their poses suggest that that are bound and can’t move somewhere or see anything. This advertisement messages to customers who live in their hotel could dominate these two sexy maid’s lives.
